Does Ramshead out of EP16 still hold large pike?

I haven’t been there in about 3 years. I don’t know if it’s got any 20 pounders, but over the years I’ve caught plenty over 10. The action seemed better in the spring. As the water temps rise, I think it’s a more challenging lake to fish.

I started going to Ramshead in the late 80's for the opener. we caught lots of 40 and some 50+ inch fish. I have not been their in 8 years.

A 50+" fish in a canoe? Wow!

52" pike in a bigger boat.

I imagine a pike that size beside my canoe and there's no way I'd be brave enough to boat it. I'd release it in the water like I do muskies and pike around forty inches.

I will paddle eternal, Kevlar and carbon.
