Shout out to Sawyer for great customer service. I have a Sawyer gravity filter system and the clean end of the filter cracked. Still works but was looking to buy a replacement filter and could not find them. Sent an email and they responded with some questions and a DIRECT phone number to a person! They are no longer marketing this filter but have some in stock for these situations. 5 minute phone call with Jeanne and a new one is on its way at a reasonable price!

I have had nothing but good experiences with them myself.
