I recently washed my caravan after yet another trip. After washing what willingly came of the minivan with the dust, I finished the job using a fabric softener from the basement which would have been used in the dryer. A little residual water and rub for removal of bugs. Works very good. If you need a solution to the problem, give this a try.

Used dryer sheets for quite a while, and they work great. When we take the camper to Wisconsin, by the time we get back home there's quite a collection of bugs on the front of it. Dryer sheets take them right off.
