Planning late trip this year and just wondering what the overall water/river levels are. Often less in the fall, but it's been wet in a lot of places so checking in.

Did EP 23 Mudro 19-25 Sep 20. Down Horse River and back via Friday Bay. Horse was very low, maybe 5 extra pull overs and 40+ rod extra portages just to get to planned portages. Some of the exit river to the EP was no longer navigable, we lined and portaged where we paddled a week earlier. Most lakes (even Crooked) were 3-4 feet below normal.

Water is low and conditions were dry on the Gunflint side

+1. Saganaga Lake is literally 2-3 feet low right now.
