We recently had to butcher a steer with a bad leg, and since he wasn’t finished, we had the whole thing ground up because the steaks wouldn’t be very good. So now I’m trying to find ways to use up several hundred lbs of burger. I usually use the jerky seasoning mix from Cabela’s, but looking for different options so I don’t burn myself out eating the same thing over and over. Thanks!

I buy my casings, sausage seasoning, and jerky seasonings from PS Seasonings out of Wisconsin. Really good stuff! Lot's of choices, your going to be grinding more meat just to try them all.

Dales Steak Seasoning and Sriracha. About 4tbs of dales and 3tbsp sriracha per pound. I did use the lower sodium version of dales. Might up the dales to 5tbsp next batch. Had some heat but not too much. Did a batch of hot breakfast sausage, so might look for sausage seasoning too. good luck
