Planning a trip from EP 36 through Perent. Looking at the map for day trip options, I see several smaller lakes connected via a stream coming off the northern bay (Chickadee, Fungus, Whittler, Andek)... Is this water navigable?

Looking @ google maps I'd say no, not even close to being able to paddle up there. That's a PMA (named for Fungus) so no managed portages or campsites either.

You could day trip to the west down the Perent river but you'll eventually run into burned areas from 2011 fire. Which is cool to see if you haven't before.
