What's your favorite EP or lake with a view over the area? I've heard of Rose Lake, which I haven't visited yet. Is that your vote? What are other options? A few years ago, we visited Fairy Lake (in the Fourtown lakes area) and took the eastern campsite, which is quite steep and provides a great view over the surrounding area. Another example was the southeastern campsite on Lynx Lake, which has a kitchen area situated mere feet away from a 20-ft straight dropoff to the lake.
The best examples wouldn't require us to get a specific campsite, though! It could mean there's a shared trail or path to get to a lookout, etc.

Some that I have visited:
Thunder Point. This is the point of land where Knife Lake splits into the north fork that follows the border and the South Arm of Knife. There is a path up to near the top of that hill to an overlook facing west. USA is on the left and Canada is in the right.
Cliffs on Winchell Lake. Starting from the west side of the cliffs, there is a path that winds it’s way to the top.
At the top of Eddy Falls. If you step east of the portage toward the stream you can look down over SAK.
In campsite #1431 on SAK, walk up behind the campsite. The is a view both east and west of SAK. On the west side of that rock there is a natural chair looking west. My youngest spent many hours sitting reading a book on a wind bound day.

Your examples of "high view" aren't that high compared to what's been mentioned. Are you really just wanting a high-up campsite? Or an actual overlook to visit where you can see miles type thing?
Check out the Tumblehome podcast episode where they rank vistas. Some big hitters in there.
But yes, Rose has a BIG one and a lot more out in that area on the Border Route hiking trail which you can pick up in numerous spots, head to the overlook, and head back.
But the Clearwater palisades come to mind, cliffs on Winchell as mentioned...Thunder Point on Knife.
Along the Moose River North not long after putting in at the entry is a trail up to a nice lookout. But none of these spots above are campsites, just places to check out. If you want a "high up" camp I'd start a different topic. Here's the view from the Moose River N spot
