At about 90,000 it's the most populous U.S. city on North America's biggest lake.

This was the "Final Jeopardy" question in Jeopardy last night. Neil and I were both talking to the TV, but the three contestants didn't have a clue! :-)

Remember, your response needs to be a question.

For the first time in my life I knew the answer and I didn't watch it?

I think, probably, in order to get the answer correct you had to say "What is Duluth, MInnesota?"

At least that was what Ken Jennings said was the correct question. Two of them said Green Bay and one said Minneapolis.

I told my wife, after the Final Jeopardy question was read, that nobody would get this. There was a "geography" category earlier and none of the contestants did well in that category.

Obviously, none were Midwesterners.

Not sure how I would have figured out this was a jeopardy thread.

I’ll take my lumps.

I’ll take my lumps."

No worries. Especially since the OP's answer included a question mark, which is not Jeopardy! format. :-)

At least Green Bay is on a lake and is about the right population. But seriously, they should know which is the biggest Great Lake.

I’m less concerned by the Green Bay answer and more concerned by the ‘What is Minneapolis?’ Answer. Then again, I can’t answer most jeopardy questions either.

Yeah, I’m not giving them any excuse for Minneapolis except that in final jeopardy you should write down something.
