I will be driving from Minneapolis to Grand Marais on Saturday, July 30. I have the Yakima Q 57 car top carrier. It is car specific for Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth minivans. Made for these products which have no "gutters" or roof racks already in place. I used it on my Dodge Minivan, but sold my canoe.

Anywhere along the line, probably in the PM should work fine to meet. Hwy 61 from Duluth and I-35 from Minneapolis to Duluth is the route.

The coating on the round bar has a split along the top, does not affect the performance. Pictures upon request.

The carrier was purchased in 2006 and removed after each use and stored in the basement.

To use, put in place and tighten. To remove, loosen and lift off. That is it.
