couldn't find weight for this model. 1350C is 58 Lbs. This feels much lighter

Could easily be paddled solo, in reverse, from the bow seat (No thwart right behind the bow seat) I have carried it around without benefit of a carry yolk with no problem. You could certainly portage this boat.
