YetiJedi: "East Otto"There you go. Well done on a bit of a tough lake. It does have a portage into it, but it's not often shown on maps. I stayed on the eastern site on West Otto with a guide group. That site sure feels like a truly wilderness site. I'm not even sure there's an actual tent pad, but we made it work. I actually love that site since it feels so wild. Anyways, I paddled over and found the portage into East Otto. Then I scrambled up the big rock on West Otto with the pretty overlook on top. To round it out, I followed the valley back to South Otto. That valley has magnificent giant birches in it. All three Ottos are pretty neat. You're next.

North of Winchell. Access to West Otto is via a tough little portage up from Henson (the lake from the previous round of name that lake.) West Otto has two campsites and is a short hike away from its "siblings" East Otto and South Otto.

Ha! I was going to guess East Otto after the first clue but overthought it - I thought, "He won't pick a lake that close to the one I just did" and "he isn't going to choose one without a campsite, nobody does that". Too funny!
Great place. Feels very remote in that area with overgrown portages and campsites that don't get very much use at all. Lots of moose and wolf sign and the Otto Lakes are often forgotten in that area, I think. Glad you picked that lake!
I'll get something posted later this evening.
