I sooooooooooooooooooo badly want to go, but my wife, Deb, is saying no way; she is afraid that I will drop a few grand on a canoe. I guess after 30 years, she knows me well!

It does take discipline. We have been going for years, and the most expensive thing we have ever bought is a paddle. Last year I bought three pairs of wool socks. But we go because it is fun to connect with like-minded people, to see all of the nice "stuff", to attend the various programs (I LOVE the Aluminum Chef competition!), and to hear Jerry sing his Paddle Songs!

Can hardly wait!! :-)

The dinner attendee sign-up is now closed and food is being ordered. If anyone still wants to come, let me know and we'll figure it out. We just need to work with the restaurant.
