Hi all, have a permit for Ram EP on the 13th. Looks like Cook Co is going to be latest on ice out. Couples questions, 1) does anyone have any idea if Ram/Little Trout will be ice free on the opener? And 2) are the forest roads to the entry point plowed/will they be accessible by next Saturday? Thanks so much!
