A creek from lake 106 to a much larger lake. Not a bad creek.

Elton does have only two sites now that the John Elk fire burned the SE site in '21. And there is a creek that run NE to Lil Sag (though dumps you into ponds 1st). And there are 4 portages leaving Elton. But the above photos looking W and WNW couldn't come from the site on the east shore.
Good guess! But not good enough.

Honestly - I do not understand this thread. What is NTL #106? And all those short responses with just a lake name ... ?

Time in the woods leaves no time for carving and drawing. Carving and drawing leaves no time for getting lost in the woods. I really need to retire.

It's a guessing game. The winner gets to start a new thread with a new lake. You post a photo and others get to guess what lake it is. This just happens to be the 106th thread/game this year.
