Had an issue this spring with a two-year old Pflueger spinning reel (a President XT): The cork knob on the handle came off and the screw that held it on was stripped.

I returned the reel to Pflueger and it arrived there on 6/29. Three weeks later now and I haven’t heard a thing. I tried to connect with them by phone, but all I get is a crappy voice Mail saying leave a message, which I do but there is never a return call.

My question is: has anyone had a recent experience with Pflueger and if so, how was it?
