Not a dramatic swing. Just a return to normals likely by around Valentines Day or a tad earlier. Normal this winter is like an Arctic Blast - at least in MN and WI.
Down here in IA in DSM we just has our 2nd snowiest Jan on record at 27.2" and temp was just slightly below-- in fact DSM and MSP were within .1F of each for avg temp in Jan. Crazy.

Well we tapped our trees and it looks like we made the right choice with 50s this week. Crazy weather
