Does anyone know if the creek from Trident Lake to Ensign Lake is passable?

just by looking at googlemap , looks like you'd have an issue halfway up the creek and the very end (east) looks like a bit of bushwhacking.

I did it once. It is as Shock describes. You end up having to drag your boat through the swamp. When we left Trident that trip, we went back to Ensign via the established portage- much easier than the creek. Just more paddling. I'm not saying you shouldn't, I'm just saying it's a good challenge.
