Well, as I understand it, the last one of these (2020) got redirected due to covid - I think into the BWCA.

And as 2025 does, I think, line up as the next in the series of every-five-year events…it has me wondering if the Bushwhacker’s Jamboree will rise again?

I did email Stumpy a few weeks back (the guy who I believe started it all 15 years ago, if my reading of old posts is correct) and perhaps I ended up in spam, but regardless, having no reply, thought I would throw something up here.

So - any thoughts on a 2025 Bushwhacker’s JamBoreal?

Correct, Stumpy started the Bushwhacker’s Jamboree in 2005… Phgportager, Hexnymph, Pennpaddler and other members of their group were the only ones that made it :) including Stumpy.

I assume he will start something this year, but usually the clues start in December.

Stumpy…I’ve seen ya post a few times this year. Is this going to happen anymore? It’s obviously okay if it doesn’t…it had a good run either way.
