Thanks! Good report! I liked the pictures, especial;y the Hatchet portage shot.....been there back in the 60's

Oops! The last picture on Day Four belongs under Day Five. It is a shot of the channel leading to the main body of Jordan.

Nice trip report!
I've also seen the jeep with the machine gun (which is a .50 caliber, not .30). It was tooling up and down the main drag in Ely when I was there last September. Definitely an odd sighting. I wonder wassup with that guy.
