Thanks for the report! I have an option to do this same loop next week but have one day less than you took. Do you believe this could be a six day trip without too much hurrying?

I think you would have no problem..our only long day was the first one and we had one layover day. Its a great trip and not a lot of people after basswood falls.

Good report, got it all in there, lake , whiskey, tent & canoe.Thanks

I've done this loop 2x, once going to Gun, Fairy and the other time to Moosecamp.

Just got back from the exact same trip, we did it with three stops. We were at the island site on Thursday Bay and my son found the bow and arrow. Smacked himself in the face when he went to shoot it. I told him, "you'll shoot your eye out kid"

Wow-we are going there in July with a group of 6 Scouts. Any trouble finding good hammock trees? Don't imagine, but....

We had 2 hammocks and both had our choice of trees to put them on..
