I just ran across this young custom knife maker from Missouri. I really like his stuff and he comes highly recommended by the bushcraft crowd.
I talked to him a few times and I just ordered a Boone's Branch. Should be completed by early summer so may get to use it on a few trips this year.
Check his stuff out. Kind of unique mix of old and new designs. Turley Knives

I love his stuff! With the waiting list approaching 4 years the price on the secondary market is going crazy. Saw a green river sell for $750.00 a month or so ago. Crazy prices for knives designed and made to be used. I do not think this is what Iz had in mind when be began building knives. I wish he could get Bark River to make a couple of his designs much in the way Fiddleback has. Sure glad I got mine when I did. I only waited a year and a couple of months for mine.
