i've restored a cedar/canvas peterborough canoe, i am always looking for another to restore, so i keep an eye on ebay. this is a link to a woman in lexington, wirginia, she has two old towns for sale. i have made a ridiculously low bid on one of them. virginia (the state) is a very long drive. these canoes are easily worth $500 in their present condition. but sometimes you get lucky on ebay. i was thinking that if this happens we could share the drive. ebay - old town canoe
