What gear do you bring for a Wabakimi trip that is different than what you bring for a Boundary Waters trip? Just checking off our list and beginning to pack...don't want to forget something.

Also, what sort of fishing should we expect (if any) mid-September? Are species similar to BW and is there a resource to find out what kind of fish are in certain lakes?

if the lake is shallow, NP only
if deep, LT & NP (the lake needs to be deep for them to exist, but the LT will be catchable near the surface in Sep, they will come up for a trolled/drifted bait)
in between, walleye & NP
larger lakes may have all three
