Here's a picture of my favorite water-side hang from my recent ten day BWCA/Quetico solo. Unfortunately, I could not figure out a way to anchor my tarp in the water (all large boulders down there, very round ones). With heavy weather forecast for the evening, I was only able to grab a nap in this site.

Well it looks like a great place for a nap!

Nice job, I trip with big groups and have only had a hang like this one time. I put my hammock far into the woods. Kind of like a solo trip for me.

I'm always looking for hangs like this. I'm yet to get it, but I know it's coming!
