Depends on your equipment.
Santa brought me a full-length JRB zero-degree down underquilt. When combined with my other underquilt, I hope the combination lets me hang at temps down to at least minus-ten.
There are some hard core hangers that have hung at minus-thirty and, I believe the record low is somewhere around minus-40.
5 degrees is a good warmup for the Minnesota Frozen Butt hang coming up in January.

I think I'd like to try it, but will probably wait until the feeling goes away LOL.
Actually, I'd love to try it, but no underquilt for me yet, hopefully someday. For now, I'm stuck hanging in the warmer temps.
I guess I could build a small fire under my hammock......

Some people see nature as being made "Just for them", and view others as an invasive species..... We are always hearing about how Social Security is going to run out of money. How come we never hear about Welfare running out of money? What’s interesting is the first group worked for their money .. the second group did not.” WTF???
