I've been furiously tying and adding to my big streamer box, affectionately known as the "hog pen" in my circle of tying buddies. I live on the Missouri River in ND, and last open water season I absolutely hammered big smallies, pike, trout, salmon, and walleyes on the fly. My go to patterns were variations of Kelly Galloup and Mike Schmidt's articulated monsters. Meal Tickets, Bottoms Ups, Sex Dungeons, and a few unnamed creations of my own design. They wiggle like crazy and work on everything from bass to big carnivorous trout. This is the Meal ticket, tied in somewhat perch/sculpin-esque colors.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I say we turn this thread into a bragging board for tiers to show off their articulated masterpieces.

I've been meaning to tie up some big articulated streamers for a while. I have done some damsel fly nymphs and years ago, a monster muskie fly which I took apart two make into two flies - still 8" long each!
Anyway, I'll post some pics when I'm done.

quote Savage Voyageur: "I got one of Mikes Meal Ticket flies from Orvis at Christmas. Can't wait to tie into a pike with it. "Hope you're bringing more than one if you're tangling with pike! The toothy ones do a number on big streamers. I was averaging 1 fly per 5 pike last summer on the Missouri
