I am hoping to get to Moosecamp this very early August...i have heard it is a pretty nice place? How is the fishing there? Which of the 3 sites are the best...which to avoid? Also, would head south on Moosecamp River to Fourtown if the water level was adequate...whatdya think in early August?

The middle campsite on Moosecamp to the west of the portage from Bullet. Very nice site; I liked it a lot. I didn't check out the other sites, so can't tell you about them.

The far western site is the least attractive, but is more isolated and least used. We stayed there for 3 days and I would stay there again.
