in researching the cost of a wcpp trip i see a daily fee for camping
of $14.97. i also see a daily vehicle fee that looks like it would
be for the canoe for $10.75. so my question is, does it cost a total
of $25.72 a day to explore the park.

No, the day vehicle fee is if you are going in for a day trip and leaving before the night. The $14.97 is a per night back county fee.

Simply put, if you were going in for a 7 night trip, the cost would be 7 x $14.97.
