I'm looking for some different options to try when cooking salmon fillets on the grill. Right now, I melt butter, add some lemon juice and pour over the fish, then sprinkle with Penzy's Fox Point Seasoning. I just cook them on aluminum foil, but have used the cedar planks in the past.
Pretty simple, but I know there are other excellent options. Anyone have a good one?

Jackfish- google yourself up some salmon recipes; there are a lot with things like soy sauce/ginger/garlic/scallion type marinades, which are very good. Maple syrup also makes some good ones. Here's one link to some ideas.
Thanks for the link, Boonie. I've seen some different recipes online and am looking for some good options to what I've been doing.

I like rosemary with salmon too - olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary. To be honest, salmon is so good I usually don't even do anything to it. Dill is traditional with salmon too, if you like dill.
