Great report. Sounds like you had a nice trip again this year. I have seen many campsites on Saganagons, but can't place that one.

That campsite is several hundred yards west of Deadman's portage right on the main lake point. You have to have passed it no way not to.

Nice report. Always look forward to your trip reports. Blake and I didn't make it this year. Too many other obligations and commitments. Maybe next year.

Wow, you guys do go loaded for bear, er I mean fish! Some great fish pics. The one looking out your tent door did look a little soggy! Looks like you had a great trip though. Thanks for sharing.

In the first pic did I spot some Cabela's Grand Mesa boots? I've had some for about 5 years now and they've done well for me.

Thanks guys...yep those are my sons shoes. I've had to get him a new pair every year since 2007...his feet don't want top growing. He's past size 11 now, I'm only a 9. Good to hear they will last if only his feet will stop growing now.

Looks like you ATE well! Lots of fishy looking pictures, and The Happy Camper picture is priceless! Basecamping can be a good relaxing break. Thanks for sharing.
