Time has finally come. Hans Solo, Roundtree, and Hans' son are driving into my place this evening. 4 solo canoes, group solo headed to WCPP. We plan to leave my house at 3:00am, and be in Red Lake around noon or before. Pick up permits from Harlan, and my solo canoe, and then down the road to Leano,

9 days, maybe 10, I can't remember, but I'm pretty pumped up about going. The 3 Cheeseheads from Wisconsin haven't been up there before so it will be a great trip for all of us. If our timing is right, the blueberries should be right on schedule, ready to eat. Of course, with the fishing, I've packed too much food, as I always do, but what the heck.

We'll compile a trip report and post it when we get back.
