Here's one just finished.
I forged this blade down from a drill rod of W1 that is 1 1/8" diameter.
It is truly an awesome steel to work with both in heat treating qualities and performance.
The handle is a fantastic piece of stabilized spalted Oak burl.
I find these just every now and then but when I do I snag it!
