Hey Trock, it is about that time of year. Others can certainly pipe in with more ideas, but you will find a pretty quick collection by doing a search in the top. Here are a couple past threads on the topic. Lakers recipes 1 , Laker recipes 2 . There are also a couple, including my own fave, in the general Cook Book -Main Course thread that is permanently the top thread in the camping recipes section of the forum.
