Start with the 7 cups of water or whatever the instructions say. Add a package of dehydrated sweet corn, 1-2 # of precooked dehydrated hamburger, dehydrated tomato paste (6 oz can) and bring to a rolling boil....check to see if the paste has pretty much rehydrated... Add the package of chili and continue heatingas the recipe calls for (simmer 25 minutes I think or cozy up). Serve over or with large elbow macaroni. If you have some mushrooms taken out of the can and put in a zip lock bag in your cold pack...add them as well. If you happen to have some shredded cheese to sprinkle on top much the better.
Pretty labor free...and tastes decent.
