Day six would be our last full day in Quetico....We awoke to an overcast day, but it cleared up into a beautiful day with blue skies. We paddled the long creek from Quetico Lake to Kasakokwog Lake, going over a couple of beaver dams and finally portaging over. From there it was a fairly short paddle and a portage up and over the hill to Cirrus Lake. This was one of our shortest days and allowed for us to enjoy our last evening in Quetico at campsite BD, across from Sue Falls. The campsite has a lower and an upper area. neither is very large, but together they have plenty of room. The boys had some long conversations and periods of contemplation about the trip on our last evening.
