Tuesday, September 15, 2026 Wind Wind Wind. Gusts of 25 mph all day made it another difficult fishing day. We did get out and caught some small bass, but that was about it. We also caught a few off the site, but nothing big. We also watched the MN DNR set out their gill nets. They got to use an electric motor to do this, but still looked like a lot of work! The plan for dinner was tacos, but of all the things that go into that meal, we forgot to get beef.... Due to the wind and lack of fish, we ate brats for dinner over a nice fire.
