Thanks for the report. I enjoyed the pictures. The animal and bird pictures were very good. Did you have a special lens for the close ups?
We've been through there, but never spent much time on Agnes or Lac La Croix due to the crowds later in the year. It's nice to see it as more than a pass through.

Fantastic slide show. We were in the same area from May 19-24 and probably crossed paths with you. Absolutely beautiful photos and video! It brought me right back to my favorite place! Thank you!

Thanks everyone for watching!
Freeleo1 - I use a 100-500mm telephoto zoom... it's big and heavy but does the job nicely. Agnes and Lac la Croix are definitely great destinations - how many people you see is a total crap shoot.
Boonie - from the beginning of our trip to the end, the water levels dropped about a foot. No doubt with the recent rains the levels are way up again!
DRB - if we ran into you, it was probably at a portage. Even though campsite occupancy was low, it seems we ran into other paddlers at every portage.
Mocha - it seems we supplemented that meal with fish as well :-)
The swans were great... I think we saw at least a couple on every lake but Lac la Croix was just incredible!
