My sister did take some photos, but she hasn't been able to find them. I had some, but they were destroyed in a basement flood at my house back in the 90's. So I only have the pictures in my mind.
AdamXChicago	03/04/2012 11:21AM I get it - my first trip was also in 1978 as part of a high school trip to the Q. My "enlightenment" was more gradual, but I remember it first dawn on me up there... Thanks for sharing.
AndySG	03/04/2012 09:21AM Very enlightening report Jim. The Boundary Waters changed my outlook on life too. Even though my first trip wasn't until age 53, I have no regrets.

I think the additional material gives a better idea why I have a religious feeling for this place and why I feel that my life was saved by my experience. Anyway, thanks for looking. jim
