We added a new feature which allows you to mark an item as sold or edit the original post past 30 days. You are responsible to edit your original post and mark it as sold when it is no longer for sale.
- There is a new option where if you edit your original 'For Sale' post, you can now mark it sold. This will lock the thread and put 'Sold' in front of the title.
- We are going to leave SOLD items as locked and not take the admin time to remove them. They will eventually fall to the bottom.
If you posted an 'ISO' and got what you needed or decided to not sell something, then also mark it sold so the thread drops off the bottom.
Question: "What if I posted a link to someone else's Craigslist ad and I don't know if it sold or not?"
Answer: "If you aren't in control of the sale, then it doesn't belong here. I don't care if you think you are helping because you are also not helping"
Ok, I will have a little more patience with this. The users of this forum need to follow the rules and moderate themselves.
After you sell an item or are no longer interested in continuing the thread, you need to edit the ORIGINAL POST and select YES for Sold and submit the edit.
