Enjoyed the report - thanks for sharing. I do not think I would ever be brave enough for a PMA!

Good report. Enjoyed seeing that route again.

I also noticed you stopped by at a friend's place for their annual corn roast. Does this friend happen to live off Highway 61 on a plot of land with a nice red house, a nice guest house and a curved barn/shed? She also has two dogs, one of which is blind.
I was also there that Saturday and ended up camping there that night. If it is the same place, what a small world.

Nice trip report. It sounds like your group is now ready for a Wabakimi area trip.

I would actually love to go back to the Kopka River area.

The Kopka is a well traveled route. You guys sound like you have the bush skills to handle trips in more remote less traveled areas. The greater Wabakimi area offers many of those.

I enjoyed this one very much. You sure have an adventurous spirit! Never in a million years would I take a newbie on a trip like that :) It sounds like there wasn't a mutiny so I guess you had a great crew.

Thanks for the write up and pics. Those videos look amazing. Yep, you were bushwhacking alright!

Enjoyed reading your trip report. Beautiful pictures also, looks like a nice area.

I would bet your friend will be asking to go on another trip next year.

Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed your report, pictures, and videos. Your trip is physically more challenging than any I’ve done, and I don’t envision ever trying something that tough. My hats off to you, your family, and friend. Amazing.

Great adventure. Not in cards for me, but wish I could/would have in the somewhat distant past.

That's an amazing trip! Thanks for sharing your wonderful details.
It sounds like you were up for the challenge, even though you thought it was more than you were ready for.
I don't know that i would have made it 3 days on that trip!
You inspire me to try more bwca trips, and different types of adventures too.
Thanks,

Very adventurous trip - awesome.

I think I'm most intrigued by the navigation. I really can't imagine doing all that bushwhacking and not getting lost. I'm a novice orienteersman though. You guys must know your stuff.

Great job.
