For more than a decade, Mitch a.k.a Dicecupmaker, has been hand making leather can and bottle holders (and the occasional dicecup) for monthly photo contest winners on his own dime and own time. He has also been doing it for people who earn their bear claws as well. A huge thank you to Mitch for doing this for the community!
He has hung up the towel on mass producing BWCA.com leather goods for contests. ;) If you missed out, I am sure if you reach out to Mitch (andersonacres@charter.net), he would be open to making a bottle or can holder, or even better, one of his incredible dicecups (thus the name) for a fair commission ($). I commissioned him to make a great dicecup as a gift for a friend this past fall which was completely custom. If you have a business, resort, cabin, or bar named Tapper's in your basement, Mitch could fashion you up a sweet dicecup or can/bottle holders, saw sheath, checkbook cover, and the list goes on. He does incredibly creative work.

Is this where I lodge my formal complaint for never having won a photo contest? Been eyeing one of those beauties for years. Now I am forced to engage in actual commerce. Sigh. :) Expect a call soon Mitch.

Thanks Mitch for all your contributions over the years. I was fortunate enough to win one at my first wingnight years ago. It travels with our family and is coveted for game time. I confess there have been a few minor arguments over the years... because the person that last won at farkle is the one who gets to use it for the next game.
Our kids are older now so there aren't arguments. But we use it less often now too so we forget whose turn it is.

I have a few "award" pieces of leather craft from Mitch and a bunch of custom gift dice-cups.
Excellently done and very appreciated. Time changes things, and want to express my appreciation for Mitch's efforts.
Thanks a bunch, Dicecupmaker!!!!

I won mine at a wing night, thanks Mitch. Ihave always wondered how many pieces of your artwork have been donated to members here. It sounds like a lot.

When I got my paw Mitch let me pay him to upgrade to a dice cup for those cutthroat farkel games in our cabin. My wife liked it so much that I had Mitch make her one too. He’s not only a great craftsman but a truly nice guy and a lot of love goes into his work. And that part is what makes me happiest when using my cup.
