I think Warren Zevon's "Werewolves of London" should be included.
It's a song that always bring a smile to my face when I hear it.

You hear him howlin' around your kitchen door
You'd better not let him in
Little old lady got mutilated late last night
Werewolf of London again.............

You'd better stay away from him
He'll rip your lungs out, Jim
I'd like to meet his tailor..............

And lest we forget........Don't Fear the Reaper/ Blue Oyster Cult
Christopher Walken's "more cow bell" skit on SNL is a must watch hoot!

Not really a Halloween song, but "D.O.A." by Bloodrock, just scares the crap out of me. I don't know if scares is the right word for what I feel when I listen to it, but it will serve. From when I first heard it as a young lad on WDGY (I think) til now, some 45 or more years later, it still has the same effect. Of course, I burned the song onto a mix CD, so I can re-live the feeling, lol.
