Thinking about this PMA Zone in 2021. Entering from ep9 LIS south.

Does anyone have any information about Triumph (Wren) lake? Does it hold fish? How about a place to set up camp for a night or two?

Can you float (for the most part) Triumph creek? Im guessing with high water you could.

Thanks in advance.

Curt

Sorry I don't have any first hand knowledge, hopefully someone will chime in that does. I did find this though:

Triumph Creek

Looks like navigable depth when most Creeks are in the Spring/early Summer. Regardless of depth I'm sure you can count on lots of deadfall and obstructions. Either way it looks like an adventure!

Thanks. I've looked at that too already.

The more I look at this area the more I'm thinking that I'll be doing this trip.

I'll plan on spending a night or two on Bootleg then travel Triumph creek to what looks like a blowdown area and walk the rest of the way to Triumph lake. Spend a couple nights on Triumph then head out the way I went in.

Now I just need to be able to get work to agree to give me some time off. That is sometimes the most challenging part of the trip.
