Not here at this website, but for the first time ever when I clicked on the webcam for Wisconsin Point I got a full screen ad for Hennepin Health Care. Those Duluth area webcams are hosted on YouTube.

Yes just got one first page I opened. I just hit back button on browser so I didn't click on it at all and haven't seen one since on my iPad. My ad had an open and close button...I don't trust either one

I didn't get one but I also changed my privacy settings to "private tab" or something like that. Could that be blocking ads?

This is not intentional, but also not a virus. We try to keep advertising unintrusive, but it looks like google overstepped its bounds in what we agreed to.
