It is Oyster! Pine Knot and Jerryr are both correct, both at the same time. It appears PineKnot is first.

I rarely recognize portage landings, but that one is an absolute beauty. I enjoyed every step there!

I don't know about the rest of you, but I really dislike those rocky, ankle busting landings and avoid them if at all possible....but, that is rarely the case, except for example the portages to/from Agnes to LLC where you can either take the rocks, or the boot-sucking mud....I choose the latter always.....

I've rigged up for Lake Trout many a time on that portage landing.

I agree, definitely a memorable one. I have very few pictures of portage landings, but I have multiple of that one.

I also like this one. It was the first portage of our last day of a seven day trip, and set the tone.
