So I've been hoping for a fall solo trip and while browsing permits tonight snagged a Little Indian Sioux North permit for Sep 17th!

In looking at other permits for the general area there isn't a single permit available for Little Vermillion the entire month of September. This seems really odd for a permit that has substantial open permits throughout the busier months.

Feels like I'm missing something here? Is there something odd with this?

It is possible someone cancelled a permit and you got it.

I know every5hing for Clearwater and East Bearskin we’re both completely booked, but when I checked last week there 1 permit opened up for the week we are going in. That didn’t last long, it has been snatched up again!

I was having problems on my cell phone the other day where it wasn't loading anything into the table, just displaying every permit as taken. I refreshed the page a couple times and it finally came around. I suspect you were dealing with a similar glitch before you made the OP, as right now when I went to check them out on my laptop they are available.

Thanks! I just looked again and am seeing the same. Crazy stuff. I was really surprised there for a few. Hoping for some solitude and wasn't wild to see them all booked. Looks much better now.

I have had that same experience and often wondered if it was just a system glitch.

Just looked via my laptop and the only day in Sept. that has zero permits for Little Vermillion is Sept. 3 because it is the start of the Border Challenge. All the other days had multiple permits. Must have been a glitch on your device maybe.
