Fire restrictions?

Are there any fire restrictions anticipated this summer. I am planning a 4-day trip to Brule Lake (EP 41) June 19-22. I have been there dozens of times but not in the past 3 years. Is there any water in grassy lake or is it still a mudhole? Looks like one of the sites I have stayed on several times (Straight North of EP, on the island with #942 is no longer mapped. Removed?
