Great report, that's the longest I have heard of anyone traveling to get to Quetico.

In past years, especially when our children were young, we did have a canoe. There is the Jordan River that flows in and out of the Sea (really a lake) of Galilee, plus there is an area of lagoons along the north shore of the lake that was full of water birds and fun to explore and fish. Actually, there is canoe and rafting rental on the Jordan River.

Thanks for sharing your trip. And I think the drive from Illinois is a long trip to the BW..

David - It was a pleasure traveling with you this year, and I am pleased with how accurately your report is about the weather, the crew, the fishing, and the wind we had this Year. Look forward to adventuring again. Ron
