The wife and I spent last weekend hanging in Trego, Wi sharing my WB super fly. Had to hang under some very sappy red pines after a rain shower. Any suggestions about cleaning my tarp?

If it has the little speckles of sap I have just used some hot soapy water, I use dawn dish soap. I used a car wash brush to do the scrubbing. If you have large globs of sap I have used hand sanitizer and my finger, use the sanitizer that is 100% alcohol.

Mineral oil will help get sap off BUT I'm not sure what it does to sil-nylon.
I would suggest contacting Brandon at Warbonnet for his recommendation.

Let us know what works

Everclear also clean off sap. Again, not sure what it would do to the tarp. The suggestion to check with Warbonnet is a good one.
