As of 5/26/23 the Oyster river was manageable going downstream from Oyster to Nina Moose river. It would be going upstream as well, but the 1/4 mile or so just north of the Nina Moose it would be challenging to find the channel. Going downstream it wasn't bad. Couple beaver dam pullovers and narrow twisty, but enjoyable.
